How About Shipping cost?

How can I trace my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking number for your package.most our items will ship by ems. it only take 5-8 days to delivery.
How Long Will It Take To Delivery?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part we gather up all the items and pack them in 1-2 days after you sent payment. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days
Are the packages insured?
Shipping with couriers is insured and trackable online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery.
We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately
Can I ship by UPS,DHL or TNT?
Yes,if you went ship by TNT,UPS.DHL,please contact us.The premise is the goods you ordered should be over 21kgs.But TNT,UPS,DHL shipping cost are more as we know,so you should pay an extra shipping cost.

Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized. And if you buy more at a time,we can make discount more for you.
Returns & Exchanges:
We are confident of our top product quality and excellent customer service, our customers will simply be satisfied with their purchases by us.
But in case a customer wishes to return or exchange the order, we offer:
1. Refund: 7-days Money Back
2. Exchange: 14-days Exchange
from the day customer received the package.
How to return or exchange?
1. please make sure the item(s) you would like to return or exchange is/are NEW, UNUSED and can be sold again;
2. contact us by mail to get our informations for return or exchange;
3. shipping-back costs are at the expense of customers. But if the item that you are returning or exchanging, is defective or shipped wrong, we will pay the shipping-back costs;
4. please insure the package. We are not responsible for shipping damages;
5. mail us the tracking number of the package after you have sent the item(s) back;
5. we will refund or exchange the item, once we have received the parcel;
6. we will not accept any refund or exchange, which was not proceeded in the way set forth.
7.No refunds will be issued if tags are removed from jersey.
